The website presents Musty Creative Media’s capabilities, portfolio and general company information. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of availability, price, outcome or project scope.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Services, deliverables, usage rights, schedules, fees, expenses, revisions, cancellations and payment terms will be set out in a written quotation, proposal or contract. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement governs the engagement.
